I just had all my clubs custom fit including the 910D3, 910Fd, 910F & 910H. When I bought them I was told that they all come with a headcover, wrench & adjustment manual. I even had checked the Titlesist website to make sure & there were no indications that the wrench did not come with the clubs. I come back today to find out info on the weight kit & see the wrench does not come with the clubs? When & why did that change?? Very disappointing, I do not need 4 but was hoping I would have 2 so I could put one in each of my bags.

Any update on the release date for the weight kit?

The weight kit was never suppose to come with any of the products but I believe that originally they were going to ship every product with wrenches. According to some sources at Titleist each retailer will get a few extra wrenches for the customers that just buy a fairway wood or hybrid. As for the weight kit they are out and can be ordered through any Titleist account holder. They retail for around $39.99

My 910D came with a wrench in a very nice case.  I also ordered mine with a custom shaft.  I'm planning on ordering a 3 wood and possibly a hybrid as well.  I only need one wrench, but if they each come with one I won't be disappointed.

I hear ya on the weight kit.  I ordered mine back in Sept. and the Edwin Watts I ordered it from is still getting the "run around" from Titleist. I got my driver the day they were released and when I was in the store to pick it up, there was no weight kit with the order. One of the salesmen gets on the phone with Titleist (in Massachusetts's I'm guessing) and the gentleman on the other end of the phone said he'd ship the weight kit and I'd have it within the week, well needless to say it's still not here.  Oh well misunderstandings happen.  I still can't wait to receive my weight kit.  :-)

I got the run around when ordering mine as well, my shop got one in a couple weeks ago and then when I went to order mine they said that they went available yet....well how can that be there was another one in the shop. I finally got mine yesterday and it's great, nice and compact. I am wondering if they are waiting for packaging for the kits as both kits I've seen have some in a small clear plastic "bag" with multiple holes in them and they would not be very easy to display in retail stores. There is nowhere to stick a price tag or anything on them. Either way I'm happy I have record mine and I have already used knew of the weights for my driver.

Just wanted to let everyone know - we apologize for the delay on the optional weight kits.  We have been quoting dates since the beginning of the year and unfortunately, we have had to requote several times.  It is frustrating to us to have to requote you because we try our best to give you accurate information.  Here is the most up to date information we have.  Found out today that we did receive some and the initial 350+ kits that were on order will ship on Feb 18th, and the second wave of 600+ will ship on the 25th.  All new orders will ship on March 15th.  We will keep you updated if things change again.  Again, we are sorry for all these delays.

Just an update.  The first batch of kits did ship out, but the second wave was delayed and will be shipping by the end of this week.  We are still looking at March 15th on any new orders.

Do You know when more weight lits will be released? Golfsmith had them for a while but now they are no longer available? Can not find one anywhere. Would love to get one before August. Thank you for your time.

The Surefit weight kits are in stock and any pro shop including Golfsmith is able to place an order for them.

By adding more weight to the 910 D3 port, this should encourage higher ball flight.  Is that correct?

The weight kit changes swingweight - it does not measurably change ball flight.  You can change the ball flight by using the hosel settings to adjust the loft.
