    hey there guys

just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as 3 people including myself are having with the 910

    driver.

The ferrel seems to be moving further away from the hosel more and more. its now about 2-3 mm away.

When we first got them they were tight up.. and all have done the same thing!

    Any ideas???

Doesnt effect performance so far.. and one is off +2, im off +1 and the other is off -4

Hope to hear from someone soon anyway

Jamie,  That is not supposed to happen.  Please take your driver (and tell your friends to bring theirs, too) into your local Titleist pro shop and have them call the Warranty department to set up a repair.

Cathi-  what is the warranty on the 910 Driver.. my concern is that i am getting one for my Bday on March 2.  But will not get a chance to play it up in MN til late April or May....my concern would be at that time i have some sort of issue... after i play it once or twice... what would happen then?... is there a year warranty on an issue like this thread is referring to?

Hi Keith,  The warranty is one year from the date of purchase, But, if you have a problem after that or a defect in the club, we will always do our best to help our Team Titleist members out if we have replacement parts available.  On an issue like the ferrule separating, we will take care of that.

Thanks Cathi-  not anticipating any issues, was just curious what the course of action was if needed.  I appreciate all you help.

Cathi - I am having the same issue with my D3 RIP 60. The Ferrule has slowing been moving further and further from the hosel fitting. What is the usual turn time to have this issue repaired or replaced.

The turnaround time is approximately one week door to door.  Take it to your pro shop, have them request an expedited call tag and if they ship it that day, we will receive it and turn it around in 1-2 business days and 2 day air it back to you.  If you have a tournament or event upcoming, let the pro shop know that so they can let our Warranty department know.  Give us a call if you have any questions.  1-888-TITLEIST.

How many of you leave your clubs in the trunk?

Never. Maybe a couple hours after a round, but never for an extended period of time.

I just pulled the ferrule last night and the adapter/sleeve seems to be good (club measured to spec), but the ferrule didn't show any signs of ever being epoxied. It looks like it was snug fit. I put a little epoxy on it and snugged it back down. Hopefully it will hold. For me, this was simply a "looks" issue. I wasn't confident standing over the ball looking at that.
