910 wrench doesn't fit?

  1. I just recieved a new 910 D2 driver. Problem: the Titleist wrench I recieved with the driver doesn't fit. The butt end of the shaft of the wrench is smooth, with only one notch. Is it meant to be this way?  There is no way it will fit the screw in the driver head. Can anyone explain? Thanks.

    That's a wild story!  I'd love to see a picture. 

    You should call 1-888 Titleist to report your findings and I'm sure they'll send a correct wrench.

    I'm with Ryan, I would love to see some pictures.  I wouldn't use it for sure because it could damage the screws.

    Please give us a call at Team Titleist.  1-888-TITLEIST.  All wrenches should be notched.

    Hi Rene,  Thanks for your picture.  I have let our European office know so they should be contacting you for your address so they can get a new wrench to you right away.

    Crazy.  Looks like the metal piece is backwards.

    Your golf shop should have some extra wrenches. Sometimes being that they are mass produced, there is a defect once in a while.
