Ordered Custom Shaft

    Recently I had my teacher order me the Fubuki Alpha 60 R-Flex from Titleist for my 910D2 9.5.  When I received it today, it came with one weight.  My teacher and I wondered what it was for since my head already came with the weight.

    After unscrewing the original weight from the head, it looks identical and was wondering if there was actually a difference.

    Did Titleist send a different weight for the head to match the custom shaft for balancing?

    Secondly, is there any documentation in regards to how to install weight because I see a red dot on the weight but did not quite understand how to utilize it.

    When you order a "shaft only", it will come with a weight that will bring it to standard which will be D3-D4 (at 45") unless requested otherwise.  A weight comes with every shaft order and you can order whatever weight you would like with the shaft.  The red dot indicates that it is a 7 gram weight.  You can use your wrench to screw and unscrew the weight.  Screw the weight in until you hear the "click".
