you have to order them from a authorized titleist dealer. 

You can order single clubs or a mixed set.  I just ordered some AP2's and I only needed 5-P when the set comes with 4-Gap.  They charge you per club.

You can order all 4 models if you want to complete a set!  Plus Vokeys of course!

Im sure if you post where your from Cathi form TT will look up an authorized dealer and fitter for you and give you a location near you to have this done. you wont find a shelf set of mixed irons the last time Titleist did this was the Titleist ZB's i have a set of those and they are pretty nice but for the new 710 line you have to custom order the mixed set.
