Can anyone quantify how much more forgiveness in AP2 over CB?

    I love my CB's but I'm always curious just how much forgiveness I'm missing out on.

    The CB's appealed to me because I'm a digger and they cut through the turf effortlessly. However, since I only play to an 8, I wonder how much help I'm giving up playing the CB vs. the AP2. Any thoughts are welcome.

    In Short, handicap is not an indication of the irons you should play. Yes if you are a terrible iron player than get yourself a set of spades. If you play off an 8, go for the AP2 as most of the benifit will come from the longer irons and the short irons are very much the same in performance. There are many tour players who use the AP2's. great set of clubs.
