So I recently purchased a new set of irons. They are a split set. 710 CB/MB 4-7CB 8-PMB DG HL S300 Sensicore.
How long is the typical process time for Titleist. Its been over a week now and havent heard that they've been shipped.

The build time for a right or left handed set with that shaft would ship in 3-4 days. If you are on the East coast, you will have to add 4-5 business days for them to get to you from California.
Thanks for the Information... The Order was placed on the 3rd and processed for expedited shipping. The person who placed the order still has not received shipping conformation from Titleist yet. Im starting to get a little concerned.

Cathi,
She is exactly right...I ordered a set of 710 MB's (2nd set) and the order was placed on Monday, March 7, 2011 and they built the clubs to my specs and shipped yesterday, Thursday, March 10 and I live in North Carolina which means I should receive them by next Wednesday or Thursday. I also ordered a custom shaft for my 910 D2 Driver and I believe it shipped yesterday as well.

I'm in Mass and I got my Custom AP2s in a week. It was as quick as anything I've ordered. They came out great too.

Typical processing time for iron sets is 3-4 business days assuming you order standard NS Pro or Dynamic Gold shafts. Sensicore shafts are considered to be a special order and take longer to deliver. I have seen the Titleist custom shop take anywhere from 5-15 business days to deliver iron sets with Sensicore. The fact you are waiting on a Split Set does not help delivery time either. Best of luck
