Hi Kirk - 

If you were fit for the RIP in the 910 and prefer the feel and performance of that shaft its normally a safe bet that you will like the way it feels and performs in the fairway wood as well.  However, unless you are properly fit for the club you cannot be sure there isn't a better shaft option for your game.  I know lots of players who play something different (normally softer with more kick) in their fairway than what they prefer to play in their driver.  Just depends on how they want it to perform.
