    Hi

Late last year I bought a 910 D2 online (Edwin Watts Golf) and had it shipped to me in Australia...it has a serial number on the head (1897142) and the security label on the top of the shaft looks fine....can I assume that this item is ok?

Last week though I bought a 910 hybrid from a highly-reputable off-course golf shop here in Australia (an authorised Titleist reseller) which has the security label on the top of the shaft but no serial number on the head.....would there be any particular reason for this? Should I be concerned? I was at another on-course reseller yesterday which had a good stock of 910 hybrids, some with serial numbers and some without, so I'm a touch confused....

I have a bag full of titleist gear which I love (irons and wedges custom ordered, SC Newport putter from a reseller; all with serial number details) so I'm keen to know that all my equipment is ok....

    Thanks for your advice...

    Mat

Hi Mat,  I have forwarded your question to Acushnet Australia and asked them to get back to you.  All our 910 product here in the US have serial numbers etched into the heads.

  4. Hi,

As Mat, I purchased a 910 D2 driver from a reputable online store and the head has a serial number.

last saturday I bought a 910H hybrid from a reputable authorized retailer here in Paris, and my hybrid has no serial number either, only the sticker on the shaft.

I'm not too worried about that as I know the retailer and trust him, but is this normal?

    Michel
