Broken SureFit driver hozel

    While I normally play the standard A1 setting on my D3 driver, I decided to trial a few of the other settings to be sure that I wasn't missing out on a better configuration.  I always make adjustments according to the instructions and never had any issue...until last Sunday.  I was adjusting my driver back to A1 and instead of locking into place, the head fell off of my driver.  I was completely heartbroken.  The small metal piece inside the hozel seems to have broken.  And no, I was not twisting hard at all.

    I have dropped off the driver (and associated bits) to my club pro and he said he would contact Titleist about it.  What is the normal policy for Titelist to fix this?

    Very sorry to hear about the issue with your 910.  Taking it to your local dealer is the proper protocol to have it replaced or repaired under warranty, after its inspected.  I would like to make sure this gets done in a timely manner, which golf shop are you working with and who is your club pro?

    Thanks.  The replacement shaft arrived yesterday.  I was pretty impressed with the quick turnaround!
