909 vs 910 drivers and fairway woods

    Hi,

     

    I wanna ask you some information about the new 910 drivers and fairway woods.

    I got a 909 comp driver witha oxiz 6 stiff shaft. Are there many differences with the new 910 D2? and what is the most similar shaft at mine? (I like low spin ball). is the RIfle to stiff if compared with mine?

    I got also a 909 F2 15,5, shafted diamana blue. What is the most similar shaft to mine?

    For instance, I got AP2 irons with Rifle 5.5, but thinking on moving to a 6.0 shaft.

    The new 910 D2 will not spin or launch quite as high as the Dcomp but the adjustable hosel will allow you to increase the launch so that you can achieve a similar launch to your Dcomp.  The Ozik Matrix 6 that we offer for the 910 is a little lower launching than the shaft that you had in the Dcomp but will have similar spin characteristics. 

      I spoke to our rep in Maui and he suggested that you call the Roger Dunn there.  They do have a fitting cart and will be able to fit you into a new 910 driver and fairway.

    thank you for the answer!

    and between the standard shafts, what can you tell me about the project X? is the more difficult to play (in terms of head speed)? today I tried the Diamana 'ahina 72 and I had some problem hitting the ball enough high. Is the project X having a lower ball flight? Can you in addition find out the caratteristics of mine oxis 6, since I cannot find it anywhere!

    And the new 910 wood, the normal one, has the same shape than the old 909F2? because I sav the 910 Fd, and it seem to be quite bigger than mine 910 F2.

    The 910 metalwoods came out in November of 2010.  Our product cycles are two years so there will not be another fairway until the end of 2012.
