I received my Titleist bag tag about two months ago and within a few weeks the tag began to split separating the front from the back. I was attempting to post a question to our forum here and I received an email in less than 24 hours asking about my bag tag.
Titleist customer service simply asked me about my issue and had a new bag to me within 4 days. In the age we live in good customer service is very difficult to find, especially from large companies. I know we are all Titleist fans here, but my Titleist loyalty has been solidified based on Titleist loyalty to its customers.
Just wanted to extend my thanks for Titleist and its customer service.
