Hey Team, just got back from the driving range where I've been working on my swing a lot this summer. I made it through about 250-275 balls before my aging body told me to stop. That's usually the case for me. I average that amount of balls when I practice at the driving range because that's all my body will really allow me to do. It got me thinking on my drive home about how professional golfers practice. While I know that their level of conditioning is much different then mine...
-How many balls a day do you think they hit?
-Do they hit balls and play 7 days a week?
-Do they build in rest days where they are not touching a club to allow their bodies to rest/recover?
