I made a hole in one on # 2 at San Angelo country club today. 5-20-21. I was playing o pro v 1. The hole is a par 3 and was playing 164 yards according to my rangefinder. Hit my old png I3 5 iron, a good shot right towards the pin. Drove to the green and didn’t see my ball. Assuming it might be long grabbed my sand wedge and putter. Couldn’t find my ball anywhere. So just for grins I walked up to the pin and looked and there it was in the hole. The experience was enhanced by the fact that it was my birthday. Not sure what the odds of making a hole in one on your birthday are but I bought a lottery ticket after golf. I’ll let you know if I win that as well.
