I hit my Pro V1x 190 yards to a back pin placement on a two tier green. I hit just at the top of the first tier and it checked and rolled over the tier and went straight in the hole. It was a legitimately well hit shot (with my Titleist AP3 five iron), a mid/high trajectory and clean strike. My buddies filmed the ride up to confirm the hole in one. Needless to say, it was an exciting day and I was happy to buy the drinks.

Interesting side note is that this is the same hole that began a hole-in-one and double eagle in back-to-back holes by the club pro Billy just a few months earlier. His was a 1, 2 on a par 3 and 5, a feat that no one thinks has ever happened before. Needless to say, I didn't repeat the feat.
