I was playing an early round before league night with a few guys and hit an 8 iron from 169 on hole #8. We couldn't tell if it went in or not due to a shadow on the green. One of my friends was coming off of hole #1 and watched it go in! He called me right away because we weren't hollering and could tell that we couldn't see the shot go in. He quickly ran over to the back side of the green while on the phone and asked what ball did I hit. I said Titleist Pro V1 #85, he said get your check book ready because you're in the hole! It was my first hole in 1 and very happy to buy drinks at the clubhouse!
