Played Upland Hills Country Club September 19 and was kinda slapping it around on the front side. Had a little talk with myself between the 9th green and the 10th tee, "get it together dummy." The 10th tee is a very short par three and was playing at 104 yards. I hit my 50 degree Vokey SM8 gap wedge and the ball landed about 8 inches below the hole and rolled right up to the left edge of the cup. I turned away to put my club back in my bag and when I looked back at the green, my ball wasn't visible. I had trickled into the cup. Gravity is a great thing. I will be 72 years old in December and this is my third hole-in-one.
