On Sunday 9/22 I was in a golf tournament at Valley country club in Warwick RI. As we approached hole 6 for the closest to the pin hole we were greeted by a couple of staff members running the tournament and gave us the run down. Pin was in the back playing about 136 yards heavy wind and was an elevated green. We were told only a couple of players hit the green. The green was slightly sloped to the right so I chose a line between the left bunker and the pin. Took my 7i and hit perfect shot, and looked great from the tee box. As we approached the green my ball was not in sight and I was shocked, I first was looking off the green in the rough until my cousin pointed out my ball mark about 6 feet from the pin. At that point we all walked to the pin to see my ball in the cup!! Hands down the best experience of my life aside from marrying my best friend and the birth of my children. This is a memory I will never forget!!
