  1. I was a last minute fill in for the Metro East Regional Chamber Golf Tournament at Stonewolf Golf Club in Fairview Heights IL. I usually play this course once a year and this was my first time this year and first time golfing in a month, so came into the round cold. I shot pretty well all day, we started on the 5th hole in the scramble.

We get to the 15th hole and my 3 teammates don’t give us anything good so it is up to me to hit the green. I pipe one straight at the pin, which is 170 yards away. Not an easy hole with water in the front and significantly down hill and tight. The flag is tucked just to the right and behind the lake. It lands about 8 feet from the hole and rolls straight in. My first hole in one ever. Not only that, it is the prize hole for the day, so I won myself a Honda Pioneer side by side. I also spared myself from having to buy drinks because it was a tournament with beer provided and the bar was not open. What an amazing experience
