On Sunday October 20th I had my first hole in one on hole #8 at Bey Lea Golf Course in Tom’s River, NJ using a Titlesist Velocity ball. It was a 157 yard shot from the red (forward) tees, and I used my King Cobra F9 driver. I was in a foursome with my husband and young a couple that we were paired with who all beared witness. I went thru all my checkpoints in my head and then her rip. It was a straight shot right up the middle. It bounced right before the green then traveled straight up and followed the contour of the green over to the back right where the flag was placed. We watched it fall right into the cup. I can’t even describe what was going through my head at the time but I can’t tell you now, that I feel so accomplished…I may not always have the score I want but I have a hole in one! I can’t wait to get back out there and try again!
