Los Lagos Golf Course. Hole #3, 119 yards, played a Gap Wedge (52 degree?). Sunny but windy day. Pin was at the front of the green tucked/hidden behind tall backed sand trap with 25' from top of the trap to the pin. I knew I hit a good shot - the others in the foursome we saying it was in the hole, but you know how that goes... walking up to the green I didn't see my ball and assumed it hit the backside include of the trap and possibly ran off the green. One of the guys in the foursome first to arrive at the green, walked over and said - you're in the hole - bullsh-t, I said - there's now way. Sure enough, with a ball more a few feet in front of the hole, the ball was in the hole. Holy mackerel it was in the hole. To add to the wonder day thus far, two holes later a fox, that's right a fox, took my leather encased cell phone off my cart and ran off with it. After giving chase, my son managed to get the phone back, and shy one magnetic tab bitten off and with a couple teeth marks on the leather case, the phone and contents were virtually unscathed. Awesome day all around. :)
