  1. After 16 years of playing golf on and off, I hit my first hole-in-one on New Year’s Eve, 2024! I’ve been a loyal Titleist fan for years, and this milestone wouldn’t have been possible without my trusty equipment.

The shot happened on the 10th hole at Plum Creek Golf Course. I used my 2018 CB 8-iron to hit a perfect shot with a Pro V1x Yellow ball—it landed right on the green and rolled straight into the cup. Watching that happen was surreal and celebrating with my Austin golf buddies is something I’ll never forget.

I’ve been passionate about golf since my playing on the varsity team in high school and even practicing with my college team a few times. After a back surgery took me off the course, I became Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified to better understand how to optimize my game while maintaining a healthy body. Titleist has been a part of my journey every step of the way, and I wanted to share this story to express my appreciation for the exceptional equipment you create.

Here’s my current bag setup for you golf nerds out there:

Scotty Cameron Futura Putter Vokey Wedges (Nickel): 60°, 56°, 52° CB Irons (2018): PW - 7 iron AP2 Irons (2018): 6 - 4 iron png 5 wood (We call this one the brotherhood of the traveling 5-wood and it's purely a placeholder for now) Titleist TS3 3-wood Titleist TS3 Driver

This hole-in-one is a big moment in my golf journey, and I’m excited to see what’s next. Thank you Titleist for continuing to make great equipment that delivers on the course!

    Sincerely, Jesse
