Everyone in my family had 1 or 2 Hole-In-One except me till Feb 24, 2025 when I made my first HIO after playing golf for over 35 years.

I am a -2 handicap. I had the HIO on Feb 24, 2025 at Stonebrae CC (formally known as TPC Stonebrae) on hole 11, 175 yards with the pin location tucked 10 feet away from the bunker. It is one of the most challenging par 3 in Stonebrae with 2 sever tier green. The pin is on the lower tier. I hit a good shot and landed on the slope between the 2 tiers, and the ball funnel into the hole. We saw the ball the landed, rolled towards the hole, and disappeared. We weren't sure if it went in, but we all felt it had a very good chance. Nonetheless, we found the ball in the cup. After the round, almost all members congratulated me. The word that I heard the most was "Finally".

I used Titleist Pro V-1X which is my favorite ball of all time.
