Custom Shop Turn Around Time

    Anyone know what the current custom shop turn around time is? Sent my ‘23 Champions Choice in a few weeks ago and cant wait to get it back!

    In the past, i've been able to call the customer service number for the custom shop and get a pretty firm date for my order along with where it was in the process. I was also able to add a headcover one time to my order.

    I'll be going out to Oceanside at the end of the month and plan on sending in my putter when I'm don with my golf trip. Hopefully it won't take more than a month for turnaround so I can get it back before the season starts here in Ohio.

    I reached out to the customer service email and they said it would be a 30 day turn around. My order is due 2/21! I’ll update this once I receive it with the actual turnaround time once I get my putter back

    For others interested, this information is available at the bottom. Click on the SC icon and it explains everything regarding customization and restoration.

    Standard turnaround time is 30 days for customization and 120 days for restoration (excluding shipping)

    Normally if you send it in and request fedex next day delivery back ...that is about 3-6 depending on where you live. Typically during the time at the custom shop it is about 2-6 weeks if you are lucky. Thus about 3-8 week total.

    I am the same way...it cant get back to me quick enough! That is why I always pay for next day air back to me.....

    Last year in Feb I had a putter sent to the Custom Shop and it took 6 weeks to get back to me. Since then, I've sent in a few and the average time, door-to-door, has been about 3 weeks. I do believe they are busier this time of year though, since people that don't play year round send putters in to get ready for their seasons.

    Is the timeframe for a COA on a Circle T 30 days also? I did add a new headcover to the order. Maybe selling my Circle T TFB once it gets back from the Custom Shop to fund some new shafts for my long drive setups.

    COAs for CT putters seem to take a bit longer than OTR putters, and this year is busier than most of the times I’ve sent putters in, but if they received it 30 days ago, I’d guess it’s probably still 4-6 weeks out. Couldn’t hurt to call though, they’ve always been good for me on the phone.
