I had a little issue with my Titleist golf bag and sent a note to the Customer Service folks at Titleist. As a result I was introduced to Donna who works in Customer Service (I now refer to her as the Queen of TCS). Long story short she took ownership of the issue and drove it to closure....seamless experience. So I wanted to thank her yet again! Also, this experience solidifies to me Titleist's deep devotion to their customer base. Thanks Titleist !
