Any chance the big guy at Titleist / Achushnet would take questions about his son playing in the up coming Masters?

That must be really cool, to be working at Titleist and have your son playing in The Masters.

If it were my son, I'd be on here with a puffed out chest flappin my lips.

i have seen the guy play on nbc during the usga am championship.  his back 9 showed  that he is battle tested, he seems to be a tough golfer who can weather a bad run of holes. if he can play a few practice rounds with someone who knows the routing and the lanes to certain pin postions he will do well. if i were him i would try to find as many videos as i can showing masters winners playing the course. maybe tv telecasts people taped. i bet this is how tiger learned how to play courses he never played before. he did his homework!!!!!!!!

hey Leroy he is there now playing! He probably has played the course 15 times. Believe me when I tell you this kid has a legit chance to be in the top 10! I was at Merion for the 09 walker cup and he went 4-0 along with ricky fowler.  The kid hits it as long as Bubba Watson and has a great short game. He has brass ones! There is an excellent artical coming up in Golf magazine on him great read! If I knew how to down load a pdf on this site i would.

I always look forward to seeing the amateurs playing in the Masters. These kids are usually the future PGA allstars. It's just the best week in golf.

It is great to see the amateurs out there. Frankly, I'd rather see the amateurs out there rather than the "champions" who were in their prime 40 years ago.
