So i am really looking for some golf specific flexability drills or exercises. My google searches turn up a ton of useless junk. I was wondering if anyone from Team Titleist or our good members know of any websites or some books i may buy to aide me in this undertaking. Thanks for your time and help.

    Hi Chris,

Check out www.mytpi.com. They have a complete library of golf specific exercises and sample workout programs along with a lot of other great content on nutrition and the golf swing.   You'll be able to find a lot of great tips and to get you going in the right direction. Good luck.

Hey guys find a local tpi certified trainer. He will measure your strengths and weaknesses send it into the guys out west at the tpi institute and they send back a great plan on core fitness, balance and flexability. You will be able to track or log your progress on the tpi web site.  try . dmaloney@bayclubmatt.com  He set me up!

I did a bunch of TPI workouts from the site in the gym this winter so I'll see if it helps.
