What do you other players think about the "energy" bands that the pros are wearing?

    Trion-Z, iRenew, and EFX.

TJ,  I have been wearing the Trion-z band for about  5years.  I think it helps.  The situation is that once you start wearing it you don't  want to take it off for fear of upsetting your body's  chemistry.  I now wear one Sabona and one Trion-z.  I use to have real bad joint pain, I feel that the bands have helped me stay flexible.  I am 69 years old and still get around pretty good.  I exercise three times a week without pain or discomfort.  Is this due to the Bands?  I don't know.  However, I am not going to take them off to find out.

I have worn the Phiten necklace for about three years and recently got a bracelet.  I have had nothing but good results and my "chi" is in good balance.  I do stretching exercises and walk to help me stay active, so if you have a good exercise program in place give them a try.

    TJ,

I wear a AIR sports watch, a power bandz bracelet, and a trion-z necklace that Rickie Fowler gave me at the Bridgestone Invitational last year.  I think they work, but it is all about what you think.

Thanks to everyone for the replies.  I will do some more research and reading to get a better understanding.  Your information has been a start for me.  Once again, thanks for the replies.

I have many different Trion-Z wristbands and necklaces. I have been wearing a white trion-z active wristband for the last 6 months. I think i have only taken it off once, and i somethimes wear the necklace when i golf. I don't believe the "ion's" that they are suppose to send into my body are going to produce energy, i just like the look of them. The pros are also being paid to wear them, advertising at its best.

I have been wearing a Trion:Z bracelet for about a year. Not sure if it helps, but my wrist feels naked if I take it off.

They released a statement recently saying that they truly don't work and it is all mental. But I like the looks of them so I have a few different colors Trion:Z

  9. I've used/use "magnetic" wrist bands sometimes. They do help to some point. Now, is it one of those "...these wrist bands help improve my game"...no. At least for me. As far as my wrist/neck being sore and stuff, they do help with that.

Perhaps you could purchase one, try it out and it it doesn't seem to help you out at all, I'm sure that you could always return it. Just make sure to check the return policy for something like that.

I use to wear a Titleist ProV1 braclet until it broke last year.  Wish I could find those again, I do like the feel of the silicone bracelet for golf.

I don't really believe in these things helping you. I this is just a placebo. If you are used to using them, it might affect you if you stop using them, or vice versa.
