The performance difference from the TSR on the course. The mishits are much more playable,

I was a believer the first time I hit it dead off the toe and still went close to my average distance and stayed in play!

I have been playing the TSI2 since they came out. Tried the TS and TSR drivers at my fitter's and they could not get any better results. The GT2 is now in my bag. We picked up ten yards and the accuracy is what I expect from a driver. Went with a Mitsubishi Tensei 1K blue 55 R shaft instead of my old standard Fujikura speeder shaft S, which I swore I would never change. First time on the range with my new driver, dead center on the face and down the middle. Love it. Ordering the fairway 15* with same shaft 65 R.

Picked up some distance but also more fairways (maybe just me?). More consistency in my hits and mishits not so crazy. Great club. came from TSR2.

Loved TSR3 and didn't think I was going to make the jump. My dispersion tightened and I gained noticeable distance from TS2 - so was skeptical GT could beat TSR. After listening to initial reviews by Titleist Tour Players, there was talk about a change in sound which only added to my doubts.
During my fitting, I could only laugh as any of my uncertainties were put to rest. After the first couple timid swings unsure of the outcome, I quickly found myself thinking "ok... how hard can I go at it before it goes offline?". Numerous confident swings seeing dispersion remain tight then lead to higher swing speed and more distance.
Trying then to find something I didn't like, sound became the focus. Still swinging freely, each strike on the clubface sounded so buttery smooth, it only adding to my confidence.
At that point, I was done wondering 'if' and only contemplating 'when'. Put GT in the bag shortly after and remain overjoyed how far well-struck balls fly and surprised when mis-hits find the fairway with little loss of distance.
Thankful for the 2 year life cycle as I want to enjoy GT for as long as possible before Titleist Staff blow me away with what's next.

My hits off-center with the GT3 and properly fitted shaft are going as far as my best drives with the TRR2 with the off the rack shaft that did not suit my game. Well hit shots are going 20 yards further, I am a new man!

Just switched today after a fitting replacing last years cally line, for me it was dispersion (much tighter left to right plus more consistent shot height and shape) as well as ball speed gained 12 mph average over the AI Smoke Max D and about 10 yard. But really it just seemed to fit my swing and add consistency shot to shot which is what I have been looking for.

I haven't made the jump yet, have some other spending priorities now, but I want the GT3. Hit it in a simulator and killed it. One of these days!
