  1. I’ve just been informed that my order of T100’s has been delayed. The club heads are out of stock and the expected date for them to arrive in is 19th December. Allowing for the 22 days lead build time and Christmas holidays, I’m looking to receive them at the end of January next year.

  2. Wow when did you order? I ordered t200s 18th August and just been told Mid October now.
  3. I ordered on the 8th September.

Mine were ordered on the 11th of Sept and they were still quoting 5-6 weeks.

I am off for a week in the sun on the 23rd of Oct and I whilst I hope that they would come before then I don't expect them.

If they were to come before the end of Oct, I would be happy.

That's some delay especially as people are currently posting their T100 deliveries on social media.
  6. Seems an incredible waiting time.... Not sure you'd want to put them in play during the Winter League season.

Certainly puts me off getting fitted at the present moment!

  7. Im sure they will be worth the wait! Just dreaming of the day that big old box turns up :)
  8. I ordered t200 in August alongside TSi3 Driver, 3 wood, 2 vokey wedges. Whilst I am annoyed, I am not overly concerned. I think delivery of all sorts of product is being delayed for a number of economic and logistical factors. That said, some form
Of recompense ought to be offered as the delay is substantial!
  9. I understand there's supply issues at the moment, not just with golf equipment but also with raw materials, but having said that I find it very poor for Titleist to tell me that my clubs would be arriving at the end of August, then delay them to the middle of September, then delay them again to the middle of October. I have been a Titleist loyalist for years now, but I can't help but think I'm being lied to just so Titleist can take my hard earned money without a care in the world. This is made worse by the fact I'm being told I cannot cancel my order even though they haven't even built the clubs yet!

Have you paid for them already? Told by who you cant cancel?

I had to pay for mine when I ordered.
If you don’t pay, you don’t have an order. Without an order you can’t get on the waiting list.
  12. Yes but that wasn't really the point I was making. Of course you have to pay before you receive your clubs as I always have done, but the problem I have is that when I paid Titleist untruthfully told me that my order would only take a few weeks. Titleist do not operate via a "just-in-time" manufacturing process therefore they would have known about shortages in advance, therefore I believe I have been lied to in order to secure my order early.
  13. Paid for them upfront after getting a fitting at St Ives. At the time of ordering I was told they will be arriving at the end of August (which I was skeptical of), then Sept 14th, now Oct 12th (which I am also skeptical of). Was told that because its a custom order, its already been logged into the Titleist system and cannot be changed.

I’d sooner get them without any grips being fitted. I always remove and re-grip them myself. I already have my own grips in stock. Heck, I don’t even want a partial refund for them not having grips. But Titleist won’t send out any clubs unless a grip is fitted, never understood the reasoning behind that.
I also check all the lofts and lies, a bit of tweaking is occasionally required.

Amazingly Peter Finch on YouTube has had no problems receiving his new irons in a matter of a few weeks.
  17. That is interesting to hear about not being able to change an order.

I emailed my club yesterday to see if I can cancel the 60 degree Vokey (& just get the 52 and 56). Also asked if they could ask for an expected timeframe for the T200 irons.

I was told 5-6 weeks when I ordered (Sept 13th) them after a fitting.
