I have bought a couple used wedges on line that are senior flex, Volkey with Titleist bands on the shafts. I can not find them "NEW" Can you tell me if a senior flex is available and where can you get them? Are they special order?

I don't need them in all wedges but I am so effective with a "whippy" Lob wedge I would like to be able to order one.

    Thanks

Titleist does offer a "Senior" flex, sometimes referred to as an "A" shaft, however, I believe it is a graphite shaft.

    Hi Gary

After I switched to Senior shafts on my irons I did the same with my Vokey Wedges, you are looking for an "A" flex shaft when ordering. Hope this helps.

Current model irons/wedges are the same price whether you buy off the rack or order custom with a "no upcharge" shaft in the Titleist matrix in the Custom Catalog (a link available in going through the line for every club). The hard part is picking a shaft from the hundreds of options if not using a pro shop to help you select. All wedges can be fit with any iron shaft. Vokey recommends wedges with a D4 swing weight and a heavier shaft than an iron. So that's another reason to work with a pro shop to be able to specify shaft and swing weight that you prefer as part of the custom order.
