Those are exactly what you ordered. Those are Tour Velvet cord grips, and wedge flex shafts are Dynamic Gold S200 shafts.

I know that now, but for some reason they list two different shafts on the site. And for the grips, I paid extra for the cords with the Titleist script, like I have on all my other clubs, but Titleist is nice enough to send them to me.

I need to be honest here, I stopped the custom thing years ago, it just seemed like the QC was lacking. I don't even have the manufacturer embroider my staff bags anymore. I have it done outside, have stamping done locally, and always have my irons checked when I get them. Not throwing shade on TT, I know they are very busy, and we're not Tour players. Two buddies of mine are on staff with competitors, their problems are much worse than mine, and they play on television. Tough business.

I would say you should go through an authorized fitter and retailer next time. If you do not the specifics of what you are ordering you may get it wrong. IMHO
