Are caddies included in the round?
Caddies are available upon request. A Team Titleist staff member will send out a request form prior to your arrival. All caddie fees are to be paid by the guest directly to the caddie. The caddie fee is $100 per bag, per round plus gratuity in cash. Payment will be taken the day of.
A limited number of push carts will also be available upon request at $10 per round, per day. Payment will be taken day of.
Can I request a cart?
Sand Valley understands that walking may not be possible for some individuals, so they have a limited number of disability carts available for those with permanent disabilities and a doctor's note. All requests must be received 7 days prior to your arrival so that they can verify availability and respond. Sand Valley requires each cart to have a caddie drive at all times. The cart fee is $30 and the recommended caddie payment is $100 paid directly to the caddie in cash. For additional information, please visit their ADA Cart Form.
What is the format?
The Team Titleist Invitational is intended to be a fun and casual few days of golf and camaraderie. All formats will suit the wider interest of the group. On-course contests and raffles will allow all guests an opportunity to take home Titleist prizes.
Will there be prizes?
It is our goal to surprise and delight guests throughout the experience. We suggest you save some room in your luggage to accommodate.
What do the experiences consist of?
We will have exciting opportunities to test Titleist products and hear from some of the top minds in the game.
Are meals included?
We will have an evening arrival reception on Sunday night and a closing awards dinner on Tuesday night, all of which are included in the package price. You will also receive a $100 meal card to use at your leisure and experience other resort dining options.
What is not included?
Airfare and travel are not included in the price. Meals and additional activities outside of the schedule of events are not included.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
In the event you have questions or need to cancel, please email TT@Titleist.com. Refunds will be given the full amount, less 5% processing fees prior to August 1, 2025.
Please note, all sales are considered final and non-refundable after August 1, 2025. In the event that you are unable to attend, we will make every effort to facilitate the transfer of your purchase to another individual, with the aim of providing a refund to you.
