Launch Angle
Launch Angle is the angle measured in degrees at which the ball leaves the club face, relative to the ground. This is not the trajectory or the angle to the peak trajectory. It is measured in the first few inches of flight, before the lift force or gravity has had a chance to modify the path of the ball. Launch angle is sometimes referred to as the Initial Path.
